However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
 

Return/Refund Policy: 

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will ask you for your bank account details or Paytm wallet details, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your relevant account, within 5-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: F-312,The Udhana Commercial Complex,Near Old Divya Bhaskar Press,Udhana Teen Rasta,Udhana, 394210 Surat GJ, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of customized products.

Cancellation Policy: 

Maahi Fashion allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation. 

If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order. 

Order once moved to shipped can not be canceled.

In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped - you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can raise complaints on maahifashioncare@gmail.com.

Exchange Policy:

Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.

Maahi Fashion gives no question asked 2 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange any product available on the website with a high or low amount.

In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD not available for the exchange request.

For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 2 days of delivery at maahifashioncare@gmail.com. Maahi Fashion will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.

In case of an exchange, customers have to mail maahifashioncare@gmail.com.

We will ask you to send the real image of the received product for checking the product.

Customers have to ship the product to our address for exchange orders. We will not arrange any pick up for exchange products.


 

Color and Description Discrepancy 

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. maahifashion.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

 
Embellishment related Issues
 
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
